Role Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound & inbound calls to promote Brand Shift’s services.
• Engage with leads, follow up, and convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Research and prepare prospect call notes before outreach.
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Maintain CRM records accurately (leads, prospects, opportunities).
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Report customer insights and trends to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Strong time management and adaptability under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
