The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving service demand and footfall through B2C, B2B2C, and B2B communications, utilizing a combination of walk-in and online marketing and promotion tactics. You will also support driving revenue, marketing value and brand awareness through strategic regional and local partnerships, while enhancing the overall customer experience and promoting the country. Additionally, this position requires giving support to driving Smart Traveller’s member acquisition and engagement through targeted, data-driven campaigns and effective communication.


The right candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop effective, quantifiable and measurable marketing, promotion and partnership strategies that drive business KPIs and brand awareness. You will implement campaigns and manage projects in a timely manner, upholding high standards of quality and customer-centricity.


Your role will also include supporting to develop marketing and partnership implementation plans with local players.

You are adept at analyzing data, market trends and consumer behavior, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies and execute plans for the Group’s various lines of business and services in your country. With a strong understanding of local market requirements, you will set standards and guidelines to fulfill the needs of the region. Support for global initiatives may also be needed.


As a highly motivated self-starter and results-driven manager, you will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and multicultural environment, conducting market intelligence analysis, providing guidance to the local marketing team.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support and execute local Marketing and Partnership strategies and marketing execution plans to drive revenue and customer experiences for all PPG lines of business (lounges, transit hotels, Airport Dining, Meet & Greet Concierge and Airport Passenger Service)
  • Implement regional/global marketing and partnership campaigns and initiatives effectively.
  • Utilize data and insights to develop effective and ROI-driven marketing programs and business plans that drive revenue and maximize cross-business offerings.
  • Project manage marketing campaigns, ensuring comprehensive business and operational planning and timely execution with various stakeholders, including business partners and channel owners, such as Operations, eCommerce, Brand, Loyalty, Sales and Business Development teams.
  • Analyse market trends, customer behavior and brand-building opportunities to inform marketing and partnership strategies.
  • Oversee marketing and promotional content development and execution across key PPG channels, including point-of-sale, websites, app, CRM platforms and corporate sales.
  • Work closely with Design team and marketing agencies/vendors to ensure effective marketing messages and visual impact and maintain brand consistency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years' solid marketing and partnership experience on a regional or global level, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Solid track record of developing, executing and managing effective marketing & partnership campaigns.
  • Self-motivated and committed to achieving revenue target and marketing values.
  • A strong executor and project leader.
  • Guiding team members to implement marketing & partnership strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent project management, time management and people management skills.
  • Good business sense. Strong data analytics and insights for reporting and presentation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across all levels.
  • Proficient and experienced in crafting effective marketing messages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Independent. Energetic self-starter, hands-on team player.
  • Excellent attention to details and strong work ethics.
