Manager - Graphic Design | MAF Retail | Retail Corporate Egypt

ROLE SUMMARY

The role will shape the brand narrative, craft compelling visual language, and ensure engagement and consistent art direction across various channels. This role will be responsible for creating, developing, and overseeing the visual aspects of marketing campaigns and branding, ensuring high creativity, and delivering exceptional visuals across various channels. As the creative lead, overseeing a team of Omni Channel creatives is required for the seamless integration of content.

ROLE PROFILE

• Spearhead creative brainstorming sessions to generate campaign ideas as well as proactive initiatives that align with the brand's identity.
• Take ownership of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Develop 360 degrees campaigns for ATL and BTL online and offline initiatives.
• Contribute to building and enhancing the brand through impactful visual elements.
• Produce high-quality and engaging visual content for online and offline channels.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audiences.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to bring creative concepts to life.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the graphic design field, preferably within advertising agencies
• Exceptional art direction, strong craft and high level graphic design skills
• Lead comprehensive 360° campaign/project development seamlessly from A to Z.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Figma or motion graphics tools is a plus.
