Our client, a fast-growing consulting company specializing in exclusive events for DTC brand leaders, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the founder in building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. If you’re organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in sales development or support, this role is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support outbound email outreach, targeting specific buyer personas and building account lists.
- Draft personalized emails and leverage AI tools (GPT, Claude) to optimize outreach.
- Track and manage leads in Google Sheets, maintaining a clean and accurate pipeline.
- Follow up with leads promptly to keep engagement high and opportunities moving forward.
- Collaborate closely with the founder to provide updates, reports, and sales support.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales development, coordination, or support.
- Excellent written English and strong email communication skills.
- Proficient with AI tools and Google Sheets.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities.
