What We’re Hiring For:

We’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Associate — someone who loves connecting ideas to people. You’ll manage our LinkedIn presence, help craft blog posts, find creative ways to get traffic, and work with the founders to plan and execute launches on platforms like Product Hunt and others.

This isn’t just social media — it’s about understanding our users (developers, PMs, founders) and helping them discover Vylor.

What You’ll Work On:

• Running and growing Vylor’s LinkedIn page
• Coordinating and writing blog posts or launch content
• Planning campaigns to increase traffic and visibility
• Finding and leveraging communities or channels (e.g. Product Hunt, Reddit, indie hacker spaces)
• Tracking performance and iterating on what works
• Collaborating with the team to highlight real stories and updates

Skills & Experience

Must have:

• Strong written English — concise, clear, and confident
• Creative thinking and initiative (you’ll often propose ideas, not just execute)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Product Hunt, and startup communities
• Understanding of marketing fundamentals (content, funnel, engagement)

Nice to have:

• Interest or experience in AI or developer tools
• Experience with SEO, analytics, or growth tools
• Previous experience in a startup or fast-moving environment

Contract & Pay:

• Remote role
• 3-month contract (extendable)
• Flexible based on performance and fit
