We're looking for a proactive, driven Acquisitions Manager to handle inbound/outbound calls, analyze property leads, and negotiate deals across the U.S. market.

🛠 What You'll Do:

• Speak with motivated sellers (leads provided)
• Qualify and negotiate acquisition opportunities
• Build rapport with homeowners
• Prepare offers/contracts
• Work closely with our Dispositions & Transactions teams
• Update CRM systems and hit monthly targets

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or sales
• Excellent English communication (neutral/American accent preferred)
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Podio, REI Reply, Salesforce, etc.)
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours
• Self-motivated and target-driven

💡 Bonus if you have:

• Knowledge of ARV/repair cost estimation
• Experience with PropStream, Zillow, or Redfin
• Virtual real estate/BPO background
