Position Overview
We are looking for a Corporate Sales Executive to join our Cairo office and help expand our corporate and pharma client portfolio.
The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented sales professional with solid travel industry knowledge and the ability to identify, approach, and manage corporate accounts.
You will work closely with our operations team to design tailored travel solutions, ensuring smooth coordination from proposal to execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify and approach potential corporate and pharmaceutical clients across Egypt and the GCC.
Develop customized proposals and presentations to secure new business.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
2. Account Management
Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring all travel requirements are met efficiently.
Collaborate with the operations team to create seamless travel arrangements for groups and individuals.
Understand each client’s travel policy, preferences, and expectations to offer tailored solutions.
3. Market Insight & Reporting
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs within the pharma and corporate sectors.
Prepare regular sales activity reports and updates for management.
Suggest new business opportunities and partnerships that align with company goals.
Skills & Qualifications
Essential Skills
Proven sales and negotiation skills within the travel or MICE industry.
Strong understanding of corporate and pharma travel requirements.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to identify client needs and propose appropriate travel solutions.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and confident in approaching new clients.
Experience
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in corporate travel sales or business development.
Background in working with pharma clients or large-scale corporate accounts is an advantage.
Education
Degree or diploma in Business, Tourism, or related field.
