As we expand our digital footprint, we're looking for a meticulous and creative Listing and Content Manager to help us ensure that our product/service listings on TikTok are accurate, engaging, and optimized for visibility and conversion.
Position Overview:
The TikTok Shop Account Manager role supports the execution of all TikTok client management initiatives. Working under the direction of the agency leadership team and Head of Marketing Operations, this role will be responsible for uploading, editing, and maintaining product listings, PDPs, brand store assets, affiliate program management, sale and campaign organization, and growth strategies while ensuring consistency and compliance. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role that requires proficiency in platform management, soft skills to manage creators and relationships with TikTok.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, edit, and maintain product listings across TikTok, ensuring all product detail pages (PDPs) reflect approved copy and design direction.
- Execute updates to the shop to maintain proper pricing structures and flash sales to maximize profitable growth on platform.
- Create and modify product images, affiliate flyers, outreach campaigns via targeted and open plans to grow the client’s shop.
- Manage analytic reporting and cashflow basis accounting to maximize profitability to maintain transparency with the client.
- Works closely with the affiliate manager to mobilize creators and offer retainer opportunities for creator retention and video output growth.
- Support new product launches by setting up listings, optimizing visuals, and ensuring readiness for go-live.
- Monitor live listings for errors, suppression issues, and policy compliance.
- Track and report on content-related metrics (CTR, CVR, organic ranking) in partnership with the Head of Marketing Operations.
- Benchmark competitor listings/performance to identify creative or structural improvement opportunities.
- Manage an affiliate coordinator for the overall success of the client account.
Required Qualifications:

- Familiarity with TikTok trends, social commerce, etc
