Develop and implement sales plans to expand our sales channel, enhance customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the brand.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to acquire new corporate clients for coffee breaks, office catering, and event packages.
  • Identify and approach high-potential businesses, organizations, and event planners to expand the corporate client base.
  • Build long-term relationships with corporate clients by understanding their needs and delivering customized catering and coffee break solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create B2B proposals, menus, and presentations for corporate offerings.
  • Track sales pipeline, lead conversion, and client retention metrics, providing regular performance reports and insights to management.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and seasonal demand shifts to identify new acquisition opportunities and adjust the go-to-market strategy.
  • Ensure operational readiness and alignment with internal teams (supply chain, operations, and customer service) for seamless corporate order execution.
