Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business and software requirements, providing valuable input to development teams.
- Investigate reported issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of software quality and functionality.
- Estimate deliverables accurately and meet deadlines (including time estimation and story sizing).
- Analyze test results and monitor software testing metrics.
- Develop and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product excellence.

Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, testing types, tools, processes, and best practices
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, test cases, and defect reports
- Experience in using Bug Tracking Systems like "Jira" and "DevOps"
- Knowledge of ERP systems like ERPNext or Odoo.
- ISTQB certification is a plus
- Automation Testing using selenium is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL Server is a plus
- DevOps or ALM system-related experience is a plus
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Agile project experience is a plus.
- Experience using API test tools, e.g., Postman.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
