Position Overview
This position is based in our Egypt office in Cairo, Mokattam.
We are looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to support our sales and marketing team in achieving business goals. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing leads, coordinating sales activities, assisting with marketing campaigns, and maintaining strong communication between departments and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and route incoming sales calls and inquiries
Schedule demos and meetings for our Sales Representatives
Follow-up calls with potential clients
Maintain accurate records of leads and call details in our CRM system
Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals
Collaborate with our Sales and Marketing team to ensure a smooth lead-to-client experience
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and email outreach
What We’re Looking For:
Fluency in English with either British or American accent is a MUST
Able to work from our office in Cairo according to Oklahoma’s working hours
Bachelor’s Degree
Excellent phone and communication skills
Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented attitude
Experience in sales support, appointment scheduling, or customer service (healthcare or tech experience a plus!)
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Comfortable working with CRMs and basic office software
