Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell our products and services.

-Communicate with customers to understand their needs, offer suitable solutions, and close sales.

-Respond to customer inquiries clearly and professionally, turning them into sales opportunities while ensuring a positive experience.

-Follow up on marketing leads, build relationships with potential customers, and keep accurate records in the CRM system.

-Handle objections confidently, provide clear product information, and ensure a smooth sales process.

-Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

-At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably from telesales, call centre or education industry.

-Able to communicate in English, B1 or above is required.

-Target-driven mindset with the ability to consistently meet sales goals.
