s a Strategy Analyst at Platformance, you will be crucial in supporting our strategic initiatives by providing data-driven insights and comprehensive research. You'll work closely with senior leadership to uncover market trends, analyze brand/competitor activities and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, analytical thinker who is passionate about leveraging data to build compelling narratives and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and competitor research: Research consumer behaviour and industry trends, using tools and resources to test hypotheses and perform data analysis.
- Organize insights into actionable formats for leadership.
- Develop research-based content: Support the creation of data-driven content for internal and external use, including reports, presentations, and case studies.
- Collaborate with teams: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all research and data analysis align with business objectives.
- Manage and prioritize projects: Handle multiple research projects, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, research or a related field is preferred; alternatively, a degree involving research, statistics and/or data analysis
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to work with data sets, understand trends and use tools for data visualisation
- A keen analytical eye and interest in dissecting numbers and research into valuable insights
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Demonstrated interest in and use of AI tools
- Experience with PR and marketing research tools is a plus.
