Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Power Production Engineer - Factory Supervision, located in Giza.

The Power Production Engineer will be responsible for:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations within the sheet metal production line.
• Guide and oversee factory technicians and workers to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality standards to meet production targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and factory regulations.
• Coordinate closely with site engineers and the project management team to align production schedules with project needs.
• Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure correct implementation during fabrication and assembly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
• Minimum 2 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferably in metal fabrication, generator assembly, or related industries).
• Strong understanding of sheet metal processes, fabrication techniques, and mechanical assembly.
• Familiarity with technical drawings, fabrication standards, and quality control procedures.
• Ability to lead teams, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to safety and production targets.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with engineers, technicians, and project teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design tools is a plus.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace.
