The ideal candidate will be responsible for responsible for monitoring the Design, Implementation and Maintenance work duties for the company engineering team.


Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage resources (manpower/ equipment/ materials), projects mangers, contractors and schedules for constructions projects.
  • Identify the resources required at each project stage to meet project objectives and negotiate the release of these resources with other concerned managers.
  • Prepare documentation like scope of work, contracts, purchases orders, reports and budgets.
  • Monitor all construction operations to ensure budget, quality and schedule are met.
  • Collaborate with design team and technical office to determine suitable specifications of the projects.
  • Assess the impact of all projects and allocate resources as necessary to achieve the optimum results.
  • Negotiate with contractors to reach profitable agreements.
  • Evaluate progress, keep all stakeholders aware of the progress on the projects and prepare progress reports regularly.
  • Maintain, review and update the project plan.
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
  • Direct and control the project team to ensure that they achieve their objectives and that the best possible use is made of available staff resources.
  • Communicate with the new projects department, regarding any updates in the project plan kick off meeting.
  • Coordinate with all consultants (STR & MEP).
  • Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.


Qualifications


  • Engineering (Civil – Architecture)
  • Min. 15 years of relevant professional experience.
