Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The CRM Specialist will manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems, analyze customer data to enhance satisfaction, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize customer engagement strategies. Additional responsibilities include overseeing CRM-related projects, providing actionable insights based on analytics, and ensuring system efficiency and effectiveness.

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to derive insights from data
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to manage client and team interactions
