Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Specialist located in Giza. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing the debt collection process, following up on overdue accounts, and ensuring payments are collected in a timely manner. This role involves regular communication with clients to resolve outstanding balances, preparing collection reports, and collaborating with the finance team to maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Debt Collection and Cash Collection processes
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to handle client interactions effectively
• Knowledge of Finance practices relevant to account management and collections
• Proven ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
• Experience with relevant software and tools, such as spreadsheets or accounting systems
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
