About the Role


We are looking for a passionate Email Marketing Specialist who understands how to generate and nurture B2B leads through LinkedIn outreach, data scraping, and email automation tools. You’ll play a key role in identifying the right audience, creating high-performing campaigns, and driving measurable conversions.


Responsibilities


Build and manage B2B lead generation campaigns using LinkedIn and tools like Apollo.


Scrape and segment accurate prospect data for targeted email outreach.


Set up and manage email marketing automation through tools such as Smartlead or similar platforms.


Develop and optimize email sequences, funnels, and follow-up campaigns focused on conversions.


Collaborate with the marketing team to craft personalized content aligned with buyer personas.


Monitor and report on key KPIs — including open rates, reply rates, CTR, and conversion metrics.


Continuously test and improve campaign performance to achieve CTA and conversion targets.


Maintain a strong technical understanding of email deliverability, domain warm-up, and server configurations (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).


Qualifications


Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B email marketing and lead generation.


Proven experience using LinkedIn, Apollo, and Smartlead (or equivalent tools).


Strong grasp of marketing funnels, automation sequences, and buyer personas.


Experience in data scraping, segmentation, and cold outreach personalization.


Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret campaign performance.


Technical understanding of email server settings and deliverability best practices.


Excellent communication skills and commitment to meeting performance goals.
