RVIEW & OBJECTIVES

The Strategy Specialist will serve as a Business Consultant responsible for providing expert advice to business owners to help them improve their business performance in an integrated fashion. The consultant will analyze existing business operations, identify areas for improvement, develop strategic solutions, and assist in the implementation of solutions and organizational restructuring in effort to gear our clients towards sustainability.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.
• Proven track record in business consultation or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience with at least 2 years in business consultation, customer success, strategic management, or business development.
• Solid understanding of entrepreneurship fundamentals.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (orally and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a keen sense of building a rapport quickly with clients.
• Proficiency in PM tools such as Jira or ClickUp is a plus.
