Position Overview

ITXPROS is hiring a Sales Manager to lead daily sales activities, boost team performance, and consistently meet or surpass sales goals. This role requires a balanced leader who combines clear strategic thinking with hands-on execution, a strong people focus with high accountability, and the ability to inspire the sales team while maintaining precise control over performance and reporting. We’re looking for a manager who can plan, execute, track, and motivate, ensuring that every action contributes directly to growth and company success.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets, the primary goal and key success measure for this role.

• Oversee daily sales operations and ensure consistent performance across the team.

• Develop and implement sales plans, strategies, and action items to drive sustainable growth.

• Produce accurate and timely sales reports, analyze KPIs, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management.

• Continuously track individual and team performance to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and training needs.

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to enhance their skills, confidence, and productivity.

• Foster a positive, motivated, and accountable team culture, ensuring open communication and mutual trust.

• Handle challenges and conflicts decisively and fairly, maintaining team harmony and focus.

• Collaborate closely with leadership to align sales direction with the company’s goals and market potential.

• Contribute strategic ideas that enhance sales effectiveness, client relationships, and market competitiveness.


Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in managing and developing sales teams, preferably as a Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager.

• Strong reporting and analytical skills.

• Proven record of achieving sales targets and driving consistent revenue growth.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Confident, assertive decision-maker, especially in challenging or high-pressure situations.

• Strong understanding of what drives younger professionals and how to keep them engaged and productive.
