The ideal candidate must have solid experience in dermatology products and a proven track record in product marketing within the pharmaceutical or cosmeceutical industry.

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies and action plans for the Derma Line.
2. Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive trends.
3. Manage the product life cycle including launch, positioning, and phase-out.
4. Provide scientific and marketing support to the sales team through training and field visits.
5. Coordinate with the medical and marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
6. Monitor competitors’ activities and market changes to ensure a competitive edge.

Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related scientific discipline.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in Derma or Cosmeceutical lines (mandatory).
3. Strong understanding of dermatology products and market dynamics.
4. Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to work independently with strong planning and multitasking capabilities.
