Job Description

  • Identify and research potential leads through various channels such as online databases, social media, and industry events.
  • Analyze business needs to align lead generation strategies with company goals.
  • Segment target markets based on geography, industry, and business potential.
  • Develop and maintain Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) to guide targeting and qualification efforts.
  • Initiate outbound calls, emails, and other communications to prospective clients to introduce Enable’s solutions and generate interest.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and ensure accurate data entry into the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and business development teams to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
  • Maintain and update lead generation records, tracking progress and outcomes for reporting purposes.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to increase the volume and quality of leads.
  • Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of lead generation processes.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
