We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Showroom Manager to oversee our retail operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the showroom's daily activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to motivate the team and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers. The Showroom Manager will collaborate with various departments to implement effective merchandising strategies, manage inventory, and maintain the showroom's aesthetic appeal. The successful candidate will also be responsible for training and developing staff, managing budgets, and analyzing sales performance to achieve targets.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive showroom traffic and increase revenue.

Manage inventory levels, ensuring product availability while minimizing excess stock.

Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
