Beyti is looking for young graduates and early career professionals to join its Future Leaders Program that will start on December 2025.

We are looking forward through this program to select Beyti Future Leaders, this program is an accelerated development Program that equips graduates with the necessary knowledge, skills and attributes.

This 36 months program is designed to develop Beyti Future Leaders in the Marketing track.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration

Newly Graduates: ONLY Graduates of 2023, 2024 & 2025.

Grade: Minimum grade of "Very good" or Equivalent GPA

Previous internship experience is a MUST

Good Command of MS Office (Excel & Power point)

Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills

Fluent English (written and spoken)
