Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for an Application Support Engineer. The role involves providing technical support for enterprise applications, diagnosing and resolving incidents, and ensuring the seamless operation of critical business systems. The Application Support Engineer will work closely with teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues, perform root cause analyses, and document solutions to ensure continuous improvement. Additional responsibilities may include monitoring application performance, escalating complex issues, and collaborating on updates or patches.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in INTEGRATION Application Support
• Excellent knowledge of TIBCO BWCE, LINUX, Openshift
• AWS is a plus
• Excellent Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting capabilities
• Effective Communication skills for engaging with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in remote environments and collaborating across virtual teams
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in IT service management tools and frameworks is a plus

Integration applications support

Main Skills:

- SQL

- Support TIBCO products (BWCE- EMS) for installation, upgrades, and integration applications deployments.

- Openshift experience - or any other container platforms -

- Elastic search experience is a plus

- Worked with monitoring tools like prometheus & grafana, dynatrace, app dynamics, ...

- Have a record in applications performance enhancement.

- Proficient in linux and shell scripts.

- Able to automate any manual tasks.

- Worked with caching solutions.

- Worked with API Manager components.
