We are seeking a highly creative, trend-savvy, and skilled Reels Creator to transform our beautiful products, expert craftsmanship, and design projects into viral-ready short-form video content.

Job Summary:

The Reels Creator will be a dynamic, hands-on content producer responsible for the entire short-form video lifecycle, from ideation and filming to editing and publishing. This role’s primary mission is to increase brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate qualified leads for both our manufactured kitchens and interior design services across platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy & Ideation:

• Trend Monitoring: Proactively research and stay current with the latest local (Egyptian) and global trends, trending audio, effects, hashtags, and viral formats on short-form video platforms.
• Creative Scripting & Storyboarding: Conceptualize, write, and storyboard creative and engaging video ideas that align with Module Streamline's brand voice and business objectives (e.g., product features, design tips, factory tours, before-and-after transformations).
• Localization: Ensure all content and captions are culturally relevant, primarily using engaging Arabic (Egyptian dialect) and high-quality visuals that resonate with the target demographic.

2. Video Production & Editing:

• Filming: Execute on-site filming at our factory, showrooms, and completed client interior design projects, ensuring high-quality lighting, composition, and stable footage (often using a smartphone or mirrorless camera setup).
• Aesthetic Focus: Master the art of visually showcasing our core offerings:
• Kitchens & Design: Highlight material quality, unique storage solutions, color schemes, and the aesthetic flow of designed spaces.
• Manufacturing: Create compelling "Behind the Scenes" content to emphasize craftsmanship, precision, and the factory's quality control process (e.g., CNC cutting time-lapses, material selection).
• Advanced Editing: Utilize professional and mobile editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro/CapCut/InShot) to edit, enhance, and finalize videos, including:
• Adding trending music/sound effects and clean Arabic/English captions/subtitles.
• Implementing quick cuts, smooth transitions, and motion graphics.
• Optimizing video resolution, color grading, and aspect ratio for each platform (e.g., 9:16 vertical).

3. Publishing and Performance:

• Scheduling & Publishing: Work closely with the Social Media/Marketing team to ensure timely posting of Reels according to the content calendar and peak engagement times.
• Optimization: Write compelling video descriptions, use relevant, high-performing hashtags, and optimize content for maximum organic reach.
• Reporting: Track and analyze key short-form video metrics (Views, Watch-Time, Engagement Rate, Virality, and Traffic/Lead conversion) to continuously optimize content performance.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Proven minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a Reels Creator, Short-Form Video Producer, or Content Creator, ideally for a brand in the home decor, real estate, design, or high-end retail sector.
• Portfolio: A strong, demonstrable portfolio of previous Instagram Reels and TikTok videos is required to showcase filming, editing, and trend-adaptation skills.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Expertise in mobile and/or desktop video editing software (e.g., CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• High proficiency in operating modern smartphone cameras and/or DSLR/Mirrorless cameras for high-quality vertical video capture.
• Understanding of basic videography principles (lighting, composition, sound).
• Aesthetic & Soft Skills:
• Exceptional eye for interior design aesthetics and a passion for creating visually pleasing content.
• Ability to work independently, manage a rapid content creation cycle, and excel in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic (Egyptian Dialect) and a good command of English.
