- Minimum of + 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate development industry.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Exceptional ability to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.

- Strong skills in developing sales strategies, market analysis, identifying opportunities, and predicting trends.

- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage and guide the sales team towards achieving set goals.

- Flexibility in handling pressure and working in a fast-paced environment.
