• Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring proper change and receipts are provided.
• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their shopping experience.
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, adhering to company standards.
• Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, reporting discrepancies as needed.
• Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise near the checkout area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security.
• Support promotional activities and upsell products when appropriate.

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a cashier or customer service role.
