We’re looking for a bold, strategic, and execution-obsessed Art Director to lead our creative force. You’ll manage a team of copywriters, designers, and video editors to craft ads that perform and brand identities that last.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of performance-driven creative campaigns
• Direct and collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors
• Own the visual identity of the brand across all platforms
• Ensure creative consistency and high-quality production
• Brainstorm disruptive ideas that move the needle
• Work closely with marketing & media buying teams to align creative with performance

Qualifications

• 3+ years in creative direction or art direction
• Solid understanding of storytelling, branding, and visual hierarchy
• Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams
• Strong communication skills
• Strong Management skills, Clickup, Notion, or Asana.
• Obsessed with trends, yet not afraid to create your own
