Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Qara’s visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across all digital and print materials in line with our mission of transparency and trust.
- Design compelling graphics and visual assets for social media campaigns, product launches (e.g., “Guard” and “Reward Chain”), website content, internal presentations,.
- Create high-impact digital design elements: banners, email templates, infographics, and more, that help communicate Qara’s value proposition.
- Support UI/UX efforts by designing icons, illustrations, and other visual components that align with our user-centric apps (such as Asly).
- Contribute creative ideas and visual direction in brainstorming sessions, working closely with marketing, product, and growth teams.
- Collaborate with external print vendors or partners to produce high-quality branded print materials for events, pitches, and collateral.
- Manage multiple design projects, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced startup environment while delivering on tight deadlines.
- Review designs for alignment with Qara’s brand values (integrity, innovation, collaboration, win-win) and help enforce visual guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house), ideally including startup or tech environments.
- Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD).
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to design for both digital and print, as well as conceptual thinking and brand storytelling.
- Deep understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic grasp of UI/UX design principles is highly preferred.
- Bonus if you have skills in animation or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) — useful for campaign or app visuals.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to juggle multiple projects.
- A collaborative mindset: you give and receive feedback well and can adapt designs based on input from cross-functional teams.
