e Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an English Call Center Representative located in Abbasia,Cairo. The responsibilities include handling incoming and outgoing customer calls and chats, resolving customer inquiries, providing excellent customer support, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Representatives will be expected to maintain accurate records, follow up with customers as needed, and collaborate with team members to ensure the effective resolution of issues.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Customer Service, with a strong focus on maintaining customer satisfaction
Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required B2/C1
Graduated from: Low, Commerce, arts, Al-Alsun or any related field
Graduates, dropouts, and Gap year can apply, but they must have experience in customer service.
