Description

This is a role for a Freelance Recruiter. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various job positions. The role entails developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, understanding job requirements, creating job descriptions, and posting job advertisements. Additionally, the recruiter will support the onboarding process and ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring deadlines.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English ( B2 and above is a must )
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, and interviewing candidates.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple open positions.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience in recruiting for various industries is a plus.
