Job Description:

• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective and efficient testing of software products
• Establish quality standards and best practices for software development and testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are met throughout the software development lifecycle
• Coordinate and oversee testing activities, including test planning, test execution, and defect management
• Identify, track, and report on key quality metrics and trends to drive continuous improvement
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and software testing

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with test planning, test execution, and defect management
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium WebDriver or Cypress
• Experience with APIs both Rest & SOAP
• Experience with test Performance using JMeter or Neo Load
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
