- We are looking for a WhatsApp Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in New Cairo.
- You will be the first point of contact for our UK customers via WhatsApp – handling enquiries, resolving issues, and providing fast, friendly, and professional support.
- This is a written communication role, so your English must be excellent. You will manage multiple conversations at once, respond quickly, and represent our UK-based company to the highest standard.
- Our UK management will be based on-site in Cairo, working directly alongside you.
