Job Description

  • We are looking for a WhatsApp Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in New Cairo. 
  • You will be the first point of contact for our UK customers via WhatsApp – handling enquiries, resolving issues, and providing fast, friendly, and professional support. 
  • This is a written communication role, so your English must be excellent. You will manage multiple conversations at once, respond quickly, and represent our UK-based company to the highest standard. 
  • Our UK management will be based on-site in Cairo, working directly alongside you.

Job Requirements

  • Customer service experience, preferably via WhatsApp or live chat
  • Excellent written English – spelling, grammar, and tone must be flawless
  • Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Experience with complaint handling and finding solutions
  • Able to build rapport through text – friendly, clear, professional
  • CRM or chat system experience preferred
  • Attention to detail
