We are seeking an experienced Operations and Marketplace Partnerships Lead to manage and grow Nutrili’s performance across key online marketplace partners. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, commercially minded, and skilled in building strong partner relationships to drive visibility, sales growth, and operational excellence.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for marketplace account managers and partner success teams. Your responsibilities include improving store performance metrics, ensuring smooth operational execution, driving campaign readiness, optimizing listings, and identifying growth opportunities. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring you to collaborate closely with leadership to design scalable processes while ensuring high-quality execution across all marketplace activities, fulfillment workflows, and customer experience touchpoints.
1. Marketplace Partner Management
- Serve as the main contact for marketplace partners and account managers.
- Manage relationships to secure better exposure, campaign slots, and growth opportunities.
- Track marketplace performance, penalties, and account health, and resolve issues quickly.
2. Marketplace Operations and Compliance
- Oversee daily operations for all marketplace channels, including order flow, SLA compliance, cancellations, returns, and customer escalations.
- Ensure full compliance with marketplace policies to maintain strong ratings and avoid penalties.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to meet marketplace delivery commitments.
3. Sales and Growth Execution
- Plan, prepare, and execute marketplace campaigns and promotional events.
- Improve listing quality, price competitiveness, Buy Box win rate, and overall store discoverability.
- Analyze sales trends and propose strategies to grow revenue per marketplace.
4. Inventory and Catalogue Management
- Ensure accurate stock levels for each marketplace through proper allocation and forecasting.
- Maintain clean and high-quality catalogue listings including titles, descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Coordinate replenishment, stock audits, and forecasting aligned with marketplace demand.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with the marketing team on campaign assets, deals, and marketplace marketing programs.
- Partner with operations and customer experience teams to resolve order or delivery issues.
- Communicate marketplace insights, risks, and opportunities to management.
6. Reporting & KPIs
- Track marketplace KPIs including sales growth, conversion rate, campaign performance, fulfilment rate, and account health.
- Provide weekly reports and recommendations to improve performance.
- Use insights to refine marketplace strategy and partner engagement.
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within operations or logistics.
- Strong background in both B2B and B2C fulfillment models.
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in marketplace seller tools and operational platforms, including ERP, OMS, WMS, CRM, and marketplace dashboards such as Shopee Seller Center, Lazada Seller Center, TikTok Shop Seller Center, or Amazon Seller Central.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret marketplace data, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent relationship management abilities, with experience collaborating closely with marketplace account managers and cross-functional internal teams.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights, negotiate with partners, and influence stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to guide teams through fast-paced marketplace cycles and campaign periods.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple marketplaces simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines during peak seasons and promotional events.
