Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist located in Giza. The CRM Specialist will develop and manage customer relationship strategies, maintain and analyze customer databases, and create engagement plans. Responsibilities include streamlining customer interactions, supporting sales initiatives, overseeing campaigns to improve retention and loyalty, and ensuring customer satisfaction is met through efficient communication and project coordination.

• Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and strategies
• Strong Communication and Sales skills for interacting with clients and colleagues effectively
• Experience in Analytical Skills to interpret customer data and track campaign performance
