Shift Lead EngineerFunction may vary depending on the requirement of the business unit head. Usual functions are as follows:

• Assist on a number of transverse topics and initiatives that are of common interest to the departments within the group/cluster/hub.entity
• May also be in charge of some ad hoc studies and will also monitor the progress achieved by the different transformation programs that are underway in the supported Organization.
• Liaise with different teams/departments/entities to standardize and harmonize process and operating model

Engineering Degree (Mechanical - Electrical - Instrumentation - Chemical)

1 to 3 years of experience in operations or relevant maintenance & troubleshooting domain

Technical competency in ASU operations, processes and related technology

Ability to read P&ID, mechanical and electrical drawings

Basic knowledge in process control , smart maintenance, digital tools and/or data analysis

Basic knowledge of mechanical machines (compressors, turbines, etc)

Solid HSE knowledge
