- Communicate with customers through online platforms, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate product information.
- Convert potential leads into sales and follow up consistently with new and prospective customers.
- Identify and acquire new customers by collecting leads, initiating direct outreach, and expanding the customer base.
- Manage and monitor sales across various online platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and other e-commerce channels, including updating listings, processing orders, and resolving issues.
- Handle order processing by entering orders into the system, coordinating with the shipping team, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally before and after sales.
- Update product data and pricing across sales channels and coordinate with the inventory team.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, new customers, platform performance, and improvement opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase retention and repeat purchases.
