Job Description

1. Communicate with customers through online platforms, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate product information.
2. Convert potential leads into sales and follow up consistently with new and prospective customers.
3. Identify and acquire new customers by collecting leads, initiating direct outreach, and expanding the customer base.
4. Manage and monitor sales across various online platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and other e-commerce channels, including updating listings, processing orders, and resolving issues.
5. Handle order processing by entering orders into the system, coordinating with the shipping team, and ensuring timely delivery.
6. Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally before and after sales.
7. Update product data and pricing across sales channels and coordinate with the inventory team.
8. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, new customers, platform performance, and improvement opportunities.
9. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase retention and repeat purchases.

Job Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in managing and operating platforms such as Amazon and Noon.
• Very good English level (writing, reading, and communication).
