Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position in Shuwaikh for a Technical Sales Engineer. The role involves providing technical support, fostering strong client relationships, identifying client needs, and developing tailored sales solutions. Additional tasks include working closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, preparing detailed proposals, and presenting technical solutions effectively. The Technical Sales Engineer will also contribute to the growth of the company's market presence through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering
• Proficient in delivering Technical Support and addressing client needs effectively
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams
• Proven experience in sales-related roles, with a focus on client satisfaction and solutions-based approaches
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to client needs
• Previous experience in the construction materials industry is an advantage
