Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Receptionist to oversee day-to-day operations of our clinic branch. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact between staff and patients, to ensure smooth workflow, high-quality service delivery, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Must be in New Cairo
Diploma in administration or customer service is a plus.
Previous experience in a clinic or medical front desk.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using computers and scheduling systems.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Familiar with Social Media
Fluent in english & Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients and visitors warmly.
Handle patient feedback and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
Handle patient check-in and check-out procedures.
Collect payments and issue receipts.
Maintain and update patient records and documentation.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other clinic staff.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
