Nafham by Tyro is hiring Recruiter for Teachers
Job Description:
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases & social media
Create and publish job ads in various portals
Screen candidates resumes and job application
Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Providing recruitment reports to team manager
On boarding new instructors and creating groups for them.
Handling minor cases , Requests and reporting major cases to department team leader.
Following up on instructors availability.
Updating active and inactive instructors on sheets.
checking subjects that are low on supply.
Attending QA sessions for instructors.
Job Requirements:
1-2 years of experience as a recruitment specialist and operations
Experience in mass hiring is a must
Bachelor degree in human resources , Business administration or relevant field
High proficiency in English is a must
Experience in Educational Field is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong Decision making skills
