n Design and Implementation:

• Analyze business requirements and business processes to recommend Oracle application solutions.
• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle applications including HCM
• Develop and maintain functional solutions and technical design documents.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

• Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for Oracle HCM modules.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations.
• Perform regular system updates and upgrades to keep Oracle applications current and secure.

Position Requirements:

• Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or information technology or equivalent
• Required Industry Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of specialist technical experience, within ERP Enterprise Oracle applications
• Broad understanding of computer systems, applications and operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of writing requirements specifications for Information Systems.
