We are growing and looking for a talented professional to join our team in Heliopolis, Cairo as an Operations & Service Quality Manager.

If you have 12+ years of solid experience in inbound tourism, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we would love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily inbound operations and supervise the team

• Ensure top service quality and smooth execution of all travel files

• Coordinate with suppliers, guides, and transportation partners

• Review quotations and itineraries with high accuracy

• Solve issues quickly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience in inbound tourism (DMC background required)

• Strong managerial, communication, and negotiation skills

• Strong market knowledge, including experience managing destinations in addition to Egypt

• Excellent English; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong advantage

• High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail

• Solid understanding of quotations, pricing logic, and itinerary planning

• Deep knowledge of suppliers, markets, and operational procedures

• High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
