Our fintech business now generates more revenue than e-commerce, with over $180 million in sales last year. Following our merger with Wasoko, we're expanding across Sub-Saharan Africa.
Role Objectives:
To manage real-time operational issues, ensure smooth order processing, support retailers and internal teams, and resolve live problems efficiently to maintain high service levels and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do :
- Handling live operational issues related to orders, delivery, and system problems.
- Coordinating with different teams (Sales, Delivery, Accounts).
- Ensuring fast resolution and escalation of urgent cases.
- Monitoring live performance and backlog.
- Maintaining accurate operational data.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Operations or Live Operations
- Strong understanding of order lifecycle and fulfillment processes
- Proven ability in managing live escalations efficiently
- Solid experience coordinating across cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with operational KPIs and SLAs
- Hands-on experience with CRM and Order Man
