Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to support our expanding Public Sector portfolio. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving strategic sales initiatives, engaging government stakeholders, and promoting our technology solutions with professionalism and impact.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within public sector and government entities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue targets.
  • Conduct cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, site visits, and networking to generate leads.
  • Build a high-quality sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting and CRM updates.
  • Conduct detailed discovery to understand customer challenges, pain points, and business needs.

Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with government stakeholders, procurement teams, and IT departments.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and renewal.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and support retention and upsell opportunities.

Public Sector Expertise

  • Navigate government procurement frameworks, RFPs, and tender processes.
  • Work closely with compliance, legal, and finance teams to prepare tender documents, contracts, and required documentation.
  • Stay updated on public sector digital transformation initiatives and align solutions accordingly.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, software, or enterprise solutions.

· Proven experience selling to government / public sector customers is highly preferred.

· Strong track record in achieving or exceeding revenue targets.

Skills & Competencies

· Strong understanding of government procurement, RFP cycles, and compliance requirements.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Strong pipeline management and CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.

· Proficiency in English.
