Position: Manager Proposals

Location: Kuwait

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the estimation, preparation, and submission of EPC and Turnaround/Shutdown proposals.
• Work on major projects for leading organizations like Qatar Petroleum, ADNOC Group, Saudi ARAMCO, and other esteemed Clients in MENA Region.
• Lead the coordination with Engineering Consultants, Procurement teams, and Vendors to prepare comprehensive bids.
• Develop detailed cost estimates, manage RFQs, and ensure project specifications meet safety, quality, and client requirements.
• Lead discussions with clients, subcontractors, and vendors, identifying areas of improvement and negotiating the best terms.
• Provide technical and commercial expertise during bid analysis, contract negotiations, and project implementation.

What We’re Looking For:

• 15+ years of experience in Project Estimation and Proposals in the Fertilizer, Petrochemical, and Oil & Gas sectors.
• Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Extensive training in cost estimation, EPC bidding strategies, HSE protocols, and more.
• Strong background in estimating and coordinating proposals for both onshore and offshore projects.
• Expertise in managing technical and commercial aspects of bids, including creating BOQs, manpower estimations, and project budgets.
