Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the engineering and industrial sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their technical requirements.
  • Present and demonstrate steel and stainless steel product lines, highlighting features and benefits tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to deliver customized solutions based on client drawings or samples.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable sales agreements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
  • Provide technical support and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.

Job Requirements

  • 2 to 8 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the engineering or industrial sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of steel, stainless steel, or related engineering products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
