Role Overview
- The Financial Readiness Specialist will play a critical role in supporting TEPCO KSA’s financial transformation and IPO readiness journey.
- The role focuses on preparing IFRS-compliant financial data, coordinating with financial advisors and external auditors, and ensuring the availability, accuracy, and completeness of all financial documentation required for the listing on the Nomu Parallel Market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the financial transformation process toward full IFRS compliance.
- Prepare and validate financial data, reports, disclosures, and adjustments required for the IPO.
- Coordinate with the financial advisor and external auditors to ensure timely delivery of mandated documents.
- Support the preparation of quarterly and annual CMA-compliant financial reports.
- Identify financial gaps and develop corrective action plans aligned with IPO requirements.
- Maintain and prepare all financial files for the Virtual Data Room (VDR).
- Provide analysis supporting the Equity Story and investor readiness materials.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred).
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, SOCPA) is highly preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in financial reporting, IFRS conversions, or external audit.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Previous IPO or CMA-regulated experience is an advantage.
