Occupation Description
The Development Supervisor reviews, creates, tests, and provides recommendations for all drawings related to City Edge Development (CED) projects.
Job Scope
Ensures assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client needs, business objectives, and guidelines within procedures and quality standards.
Support in explanation of project scope and the associated costs as required.
Monitor work progress, provide financial control, and ensure quality of deliveries.
Prepare, and consolidate progress reports and presentations of the assigned projects to the department lead.
Support in managing the relationship with the relevant parties.
Ensure that projects comply with all applicable legal requirements and regulations.
Responsible for designing, creating, and testing new products.
Assist in the coordination with all other departments and external parties, if any, concerning new, and ongoing developments to meet the projects’ milestones.
Assist in the review of all design deliverables.
Review and approve required marketing material(s) related to the concerned project(s).
Education and Most Common Work Experience Requested
5-8 years of related experience.
Proven experience in residential and commercial projects (medium-scale projects are acceptable).
Solid understanding of all project development stages, from concept to execution, including design coordination, authority approvals, tendering, and delivery.
Proficient in AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
Ability to review and assess design packages, drawings, and technical submissions.
