Job Description

Lead and manage the R&D team in developing innovative detergent formulations and improving existing products.
Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment with market trends and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and quality assurance to ensure successful product launches.
Conduct research on new raw materials, technologies, and processes to enhance product performance and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor products, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to product safety, labeling, and environmental standards.
Develop and manage R&D budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve project objectives efficiently.
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, research institutions, and external partners to support innovation initiatives.
Prepare and present technical reports, project updates, and recommendations to senior management.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, fostering creativity and technical excellence within the R&D team.

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
Experience not less than 8 years in Liquid and powder detergents, and soap production.
Strong background in quality management.
Excellent communication skills.
